At Swampfire, you’re having what we’re having. Steak. And Shrimp. You can order the Steak, order the Shrimp, or order the Steak and Shrimp. Always steak and shrimp, but with different presentations every week. With all the trimmings.

We promise mouth-watering flavors, honest portions, seasonal and farm-to-table ingredients, and homemade quality. 

Our kitchen is headed by Chef Rhnea, former chef’s assistant at White Oak Plantation, where she learned to please the palette of more celebrities than you could shake a stick at – including an American President. You’ll find Rhnea in our kitchen, testing recipes, chopping this and that and stirring the pot. 

The menus here are chosen however the mood strikes, depending on what’s in season. You’ll always enjoy our delectable selection of appetizers and made-by-Kay desserts, with a few Carter family recipes thrown in for good measure.
